Both tenant improvement projects were designed around Fooji’s unique operational needs: part showroom and part distribution. Besides requiring a quick and efficient schedule, the goal of the build-out was to facilitate high-volume occupancy during public and promotional partnership events.

Overview
Fooji inc. made their national debut with new storefront openings in New York and Los Angeles. Both these municipalities are noted for their complexity, but with our experience in both markets, we orchestrated this effort with a well-coordinated team to lead a quick timeline for design, approvals and early occupancy.

The design team made a concerted effort to coordinate security, egress, lighting, and accessibility along with the integration of specialty products including audio-visual monitors, signage, storage racks, high-traffic doors, and a pass-thru window.
